Forced Labour and Modern Slavery
Tamware does not accept any form of forced, compulsory, or involuntary labour. Employees are free to terminate their employment in accordance with applicable laws and agreements.
Privacy and Data Protection
Tamware protects privacy and personal data and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Employees have the right to form and join trade unions and other employee organizations for the protection of their interests.
Financial Responsibility
Accurate and complete financial records are essential to Tamware’s success. All books, records, and accounts must be maintained accurately, transparently, and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Financial records must not contain false, misleading, or artificial information.
Confidentiality and Information Protection
Tamware employees are required to maintain confidentiality regarding business-sensitive information. Confidentiality obligations also apply to customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders through appropriate agreements where necessary.
Fair Competition and Antitrust
Tamware supports free markets and fair competition. Employees and representatives must not participate in price-fixing, market allocation, bid-rigging, or any other anti-competitive practices.
Conflicts of Interest
Employees are expected to avoid situations where personal interests may conflict, or appear to conflict, with the interests of Tamware.
Counterfeit Parts
Suppliers must develop and maintain processes that prevent counterfeit parts or materials from entering products supplied to Tamware.
Intellectual Property
Tamware protects its own intellectual property rights and respects the intellectual property rights of others. Intellectual property belonging to third parties may only be used with proper authorization.
Export Controls and Economic Sanctions
Tamware complies with applicable customs regulations, trade controls, export regulations, and economic sanctions in all jurisdictions where it operates.
Whistleblowing and Non-Retaliation
Tamware does not tolerate retaliation against any individual who reports suspected violations of laws, regulations, policies, or procedures. Reports may be made without fear of retaliation or improper disclosure of identity.
